COMPANY POLICIES

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL
To ensure that appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time, we ask that clients try to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for clothing changes, restroom visits, or to complete any necessary paperwork or processes. We offer a 10-minute arrival grace period for appointments. The arrival grace period for virtual appointments is 5 minutes.

GRACE PERIOD DETAILS
Onsite: Late arrival to an onsite appointment will result in reduction of appointment duration, per minute late. It is considered a no-show if a client has not arrived for an appointment within 10 minutes of the start time.

Virtual: Virtual appointments must be joined within 5 minutes of the start time. Late arrival will result in reduction of appointment duration, per minute late. After the 5-minute grace period, the appointment will be canceled, resulting in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Classes: Classes begin promptly at the start time. Attendees may arrive as early as 30 minutes before the start of a class to be checked in and seated. We allow a 10-minute arrival grace period. Late arrival to the class will result in reduction in class time. To minimize distractions, doors will close after 10 minutes, and no further entry will be allowed.

If a no-show occurs and more than 2 upcoming appointments are scheduled (as in a bundle), the No-Show fee must be paid by 7:00pm EST the evening before the next appointment. If 2 or more no-shows occur within a bundle and the client pre-paid, the bundle will be canceled, and the spa credit policy will go into effect.

EXPIRATION DATES & DEADLINES
LavishCare Spa Gift Cards do not expire. If attempting to redeem a gift card online that produces an invalid error, please call 404-965-0633. Registration deadlines for classes and events that have been missed will not be extended.*

*Except in the rare case of company-wide extensions

RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS
Appointment rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. Use the appropriate link in the confirmation email received at the time of scheduling.

Failure to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours will result in a $50 late cancellation fee which will be charged to payment source on file, or an invoice will be sent to the client. If a no-show occurs, a $50 no-show fee will be charged to the client's payment source on file in our system or an invoice will be sent to the client. If more than 2 no-shows or late cancellations (combined) occur within a bundle or package, the bundle/package will be cancelled. If a bundle or package is canceled and is not paid in full, a $250 bundle cancellation fee will be charged to the client’s card on fie or sent via invoice. All fees must be paid upon receipt of invoice. LavishCare Spa reserves the right to pursue legal action for nonpayment. Any upcoming appointments will be canceled, and client will be ineligible for booking additional appointments for a minimum of 180 days, or indefinitely, based on history. SPA CREDIT
If an appointment is canceled within the allotted cancellation period and was pre-paid, a spa credit will be issued to the client, in lieu of refund. We otherwise govern this process according to the cancellation policy. Spa credit will be granted on pre-paid bundles, if canceled at least 24 hours before the first appointment.

If not cancelled within 24 hours, a $250 late bundle cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid and the client will be issued spa credit for the remaining amount. Spa credit does not expire and may be transferrable. All sales are final on self-care products and apparel; therefore, these purchases are not eligible for spa credit.
